Industrial Siting Council Hearing STARTS TOMORROW

9:30 AM TOMORROW (MONDAY MAY 16) AT THE CLARION INN IN DOUGLAS

Dear Friends,

Now that the Converse County commissioners (with one courageous dissent from Commissioner Major Brown) has granted a County permit to industrialize the Boxelder-Mormon Canyon area of the Northern Laramie Range, the next major event is the hearing before the Wyoming Industrial Siting Council.

The hearing likely will last for 2-1/2 days, beginning at 9:30 tomorrow morning when Wasatch Wind puts on its case. NLRA plans extensive expert and other testimony in opposition to this pernicious development.

We know that most of you have jobs and family commitments that make it hard to find time during the day to attend this important proceeding. But if you can possibly come and show support it would help demonstrate to the Council the strong public opposition to this development.

If you have questions, call Sharon Rodeman on 307-258-1713.

Thanks very much, in advance

Sincerely,

The Northern Laramie Range Alliance Steering Committee
