Meeting with Governor Freudenthal
Community Conversation on Wind and Transmission
Douglas High School Auditorium
6pm on Tuesday, April 27, 2010
The governor wants to hear your views about wind energy and transmission line development in our state. He'll bring you up to date on what's happening and answer your questions.
The few who stand to make money out of industrial-scale wind development – wind promoters and large landowners who've sold development rights to them – get heard all the time. This is a chance for the rest of us.
Remember: Our quality of life is at stake because a wind developer and a handful of landowners insist on putting this immense industrial-scale development in our mountains.
The Northern Laramie Range Alliance is holding an information session at 5:00pm, prior to the meeting, in the lobby outside the auditorium. We hope you'll attend.
